By accessing or using the ScrapShift platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

ScrapShift (a unit of SDHC Enterprises) provides a marketplace for recycling scrap materials, connecting individual sellers with authorized collection agents.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information regarding the type, quantity, and quality of scrap materials. You represent that you are the legal owner of the items you are selling.

Accounts must be secured with strong credentials.

Illegal or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

Pickup cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance.

Inaccurate weighing must be reported immediately.

3. Payments & Payouts

Pricing is determined by the prevailing market rates listed on the ScrapShift platform at the time of pickup. Final valuation is based on professional weighing by our verified agents.

Payout Protocol

Payments are processed via secure digital channels (UPI) or Cash immediately after verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

SDHC Enterprises and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
